CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) basketball and ice hockey brackets are set for the 2017 championships to begin next week on the campuses of the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds.

MEN'S BASKETBALL

Oswego (15-3) clinched the top-seed and earned the right to host the semifinals and final games February 24 and 25. The Lakers and No. 2 Brockport (14-4) both received a bye into the semifinals. The third seeded Oneonta (12-6) will host No. 6 Geneseo while the fourth seeded Cortland (12-6) will host the fifth seeded Buffalo State Tuesday February 21 at 5:30 p.m.  Full Bracket

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Geneseo finished the regular season undefeated, 18-0, and will host the final four February 24 and 25 as the No. 1 seed. New Paltz finished second earning a bye into the semifinals. First round games will take place at No. 3 Oneonta (12-6) against No. 6 Brockport (8-10) and at No. 4 Cortland (11-7) against No. 5 Fredonia (11-7), Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.  Full Bracket

ICE HOCKEY

Oswego (12-2-1) finished first after regular season play and earned a bye into the semifinals along with the No. 2 Plattsburgh (10-5-1). The third seeded Geneseo (10-5-1) will host No. 6 Brockport (7-9) while fourth seeded Buffalo State (9-6-1) will host No. 5 Fredonia (7-8-1) Wednesday at 7 p.m.  Full Bracket
