Hannah Lorenzen (Stony Brook/Ward Melville) scored a career-high four goals and senior
Megan Gonzalez (Miller Place) recorded a career-best four points, including a career-high tying three goals, as nationally 19th-ranked Cortland won 21-3 at Fredonia in SUNYAC action.
Lexie Meager (Syracuse/West Genesee) finished with three goals and one assist,
Baylee Ojeda (Canandaigua/Canandaigua Academy) tallied two goals and two assists, and
Kristyn Drake (Tully) and
Brie Yonge (Penn Yan/Penn Yan Academy) each totaled two goals and one assist.
Carli Clementi (Huntington/Harborfields) added two goals, while
Katie Wolfe (East Amherst/Williamsville North) and
Carly Stone (Syracuse/Jamesville-DeWitt) chipped in with a goal and an assist apiece.
Annie Casey (Bay Shore) was credited with three saves.
Cortland (7-4, 2-0 SUNYAC) took a 9-0 lead in the game's first 21 minutes and held an 11-1 halftime lead. Lorenzen scored three times and Ojeda twice in the opening 30 minutes. The Red Dragons scored the first seven goals of the second half to extend their advantage to 18-1.
Casey Villagomez led Fredonia (0-9, 0-3 SUNYAC) with two goals and one assist and Madeline Haney scored once. Nicole Burrows finished with 19 saves.
