OSWEGO, N.Y – The Oswego State men's soccer team narrowly fell to Brockport, 1-0, in double overtime on Friday. With the loss, the Lakers move to 6-7-1 on the season and 1-6-0 in conference play, while the Golden Eagles improve to 8-3-3 overall and 3-1-2 against SUNYAC competition.

Goalie Evan Bogucki started his fifth game of the season for the Lakers. The junior faced 19 shots from the Golden Eagles and made five saves, only allowing a goal at the 106^th minute.

Oswego took nine shots, four on-goal, during the game. Bogucki's classmate Hassan Musa led the Lakers with three shots, two of which were on-goal. The junior leads the SUNYAC with 22 points this season, coming from eight goals and six assists.

On Saturday, the Lakers will look for a win against Geneseo at 1 p.m. The game will include a special Hall of Fame ceremony for the Class of 2017 at halftime.
