GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Fredonia prepped with its match vs. perennial SUNYAC powerhouse Geneseo with a 9-0 road win Thursday over Thiel.

The Blue Devils improved to 8-0 this season while Thiel dropped to 0-6. It was Fredonia's second straight 9-0 win this season and its fifth of the season.

The going gets tougher Saturday when Geneseo visits the Steele Hall courts for a noon match. The Blue Knights are 4-0 in dual matches this fall and have won seven straight conference titles, and nine of the last 10. In addition to their match at Fredonia, the Knights are scheduled to take part at the ITA Regional hosted by William Smith this Saturday through next Monday.
