ELMIRA, N.Y. - The Oswego State men's basketball team used a huge first-half run to take command against Keystone College and never looked back in taking the Elmira College Tip-Off Tournament Title with a 92-81 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- With only one lead change the entire game, Oswego proved their resilience going up by 22 points in the first half.
- To start the game the Lakers showed their desire to win by going on an 18-1 run.
- Liam Sanborn led the way for the Lakers with 18 points in the victory, going 9-10 at the free throw line.
- Julien Crittendon went 2-3 from beyond the arch and 4-4 on free throws for a total of ten points against the Giants.
- Oswego shot a staggering 84.6% from the free throw line, accounting for 33 of the team's total points.
- The Lakers took the advantage in field goals, shooting 54.6% in the first half and 51.6% in the second for a combined 53.1% from the floor.
- Keystone College stuck with the Lakers in the second half, matching their 46 points, but could not overcome the first-half deficit.
- The Lakers bench shined against the Giants, combining for 26 points and won the rebounding bout 37-25.
- Joe Sullivan takes the Elmira Tip-Off Tournament MVP and Brandan Gartland earned All-Tournament recognition for Oswego.
