FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Freshman defender Alli Coon (Livonia, N.Y./Livonia) scored Fredonia's lone goal in a 19-1 SUNYAC women's lacrosse loss Tuesday to Brockport.

Sara Grapevine had for goals for the Golden Eagles, who improved to 2-1 in the conference and 2-8 overall. The Blue Devils fell to 0-4 and 0-10.

Sophomore attack Madeline Haney (Macedon, N.Y./Victor) was credited with five ground balls and two caused turnovers while freshman midfielder Alexis Skowron (Elma, N.Y./Iroquois) had two draw controls.

Fredonia is back in action Saturday when it entertains Oswego at 1 p.m.
