Ramatoulaye Sy scored a career-high 29 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to help the Oswego State women's basketball team pull away from Alfred University in the second half of a 68-54 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sy scored nine in the opening quarter as the Lakers took a 15-10 lead.
- Both teams picked up the scoring in the second with Oswego keeping a 34-30 lead at the half.
- With five minutes left in the third quarter, the Lakers pushed the lead to 10 on a 3-pointer from Taylor Torchia.
- The Oswego offense was clicking in the third stanza, connecting on 57.1% of their shots and putting up 24 points.
- The lead grew to as much as 19 in the fourth quarter as the Lakers started the final quarter on an 8-2 run.
- Senior Sydni Eure joined Sy with a double-double of 15 points and 18 rebounds.
- Junior guard Raiven Encarnacion had 15 points and five assists while Torchia ended with seven points, seven boards and eight assists.
