Late goal lifts No. 12 Lakers over Blue Devils

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Tyson Kirkby scored on a deflection with 41 seconds remaining to lift No. 12 ranked Oswego to a 5-4 over Fredonia State on Saturday night at Steele Hall.

The loss erased a Blue Devil comeback from a 4-2 on two third-period goals by Jasper Korican-Barlay and Ryan Dunner, the latter at 17:07 of a rising shot from the left wing. The outcome also overshadowed the first collegiate appearance by sophomore goaltender Ryan Pascarella, who replaced Anton Rosen at the start of the third period.
