ONEONTA, N.Y. – The College at Brockport women's basketball team dropped a conference matchup at SUNY Oneonta Saturday afternoon by a final score of 52-41. The Golden Eagles fall to 2-4 (0-2 SUNYAC) on the season, while the Red Dragons improve to 5-2 (1-1).
Lindsay Johnson kept up her stellar senior season, recording another double-double with 12 points and 13 boards.

Brianna Neeley, and
Krystal Hunter were the next leading scorers for Brockport in the game, each contributing six.
Both defenses held strong in the first half of play, as neither side was able to break the 30-point barrier. Johnson provided most of the offensive output in both the first and second for the Green and Gold, registering eight of her points in the half.
Trailing by 11 at the half, the Golden Eagles closed the gap to as few as eight in the third quarter, but consistent play from Oneonta allowed them to maintain the lead and eventually pull away.
Brockport was strong on the offensive glass, outscoring the Red Dragons in second chance points 14-9. They also played good perimeter defense, holding Oneonta to 0-12 shooting from long range.
The Golden Eagles will look to get back on track this Tuesday when they host William Smith College for a game beginning at 7 p.m.
