FREDONIA, N.Y. --
Pa Lu (Buffalo, N.Y.) scored three minutes into the first overtime as Fredonia outlasted Alfred, 2-1, in men's college soccer Tuesday at University Stadium.
Lu, a freshman, headed in a cross from junior
Noah Gittleman (Commack, N.Y.) with 7:20 remaining in the first overtime. It lifted the Blue Devils to 6-4-1 while the Saxons fell to 3-6-1.
Alfred grabbed a 1-0 lead in early the 11th minute on a goal by Cody Cronmiller, from Alexander Tostanoski.
Fredonia pulled even on a header by
Conrad Rathbun (Naples, N.Y.), his second of the season, with Lu assisting in the 43rd minute.
Lu's game-winner was his second goal of the season.

The Blue Devils are back in SUNYAC action this weekend with home games Friday against Cortland at 3 p.m. and Saturday against Oswego at 1 p.m.
