NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – Starting on Sunday, Nov. 6, student athletes from the intercollegiate athletic teams at the State University of New York at New Paltz have participated in the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Annual Leaf Rake, a community service project aimed to help out local citizens in cleaning up their yards.
The initiative began approximately 11 years ago as members of SAAC were instrumental in the planning of the event.
