SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) baseball semifinals are set with Cortland hosting Brockport and Oswego hosting Oneonta Saturday, May 15 in a best-of-three series starting at noon. The second game is scheduled for 3 p.m. If necessary, a third game will be played Sunday at noon.
Cortland (14-2) and Oswego (13-2) earned home field advantage as the No. 1 seeds out of the East and West divisions respectively. If Cortland advances they will host the best-of-three finals, May 22-23. If Cortland does not move on and Oswego does they will host. If neither of the top two teams advance, Brockport will host the final series.
The Cortland Red Dragons lead the conference with 34 overall conferene crowns and Oswego holds 15. Oneonta is playing for its seventh title while Brockport is looking for its sixth.
