CORTLAND, N.Y.- The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) selects Oswego's Jeremiah Sparks (Jordan, N.Y.) as this week's PrestoSports Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week recipient.
Freshman Sparks scored 25 points and added 11 rebounds in leading Oswego to a 77-73 road victory over Nazareth College to help the Lakers remain undefeated at 4-0 on the season. The Jordan, N.Y. native scored 11 straight points in the key second-half run that put Oswego up for good.
