Howard averaged 12 points per game and 13.7 rebounds per game in Plattsburgh State's three game sweep this past week. In Tuesday's 79-76 buzzer-beater win over Potsdam, Howard shot 75% from both the floor and the free throw line, recording a double-double with a total of 12 points and a career-high 18 rebounds. The senior added three steals and three blocks as well. On Friday, Howard recorded eight points and eight rebounds in the Cardinals' 92-71 triumph over Fredonia. Howard then proceeded to record his second double-double of the week with 16 points and 15 rebounds in Plattsburgh State's 85-83 victory over Buffalo State. The Cardinal played 84 minutes last week, and while making 55% of his field goals.
