CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected its Men's Lacrosse Athlete and Goalie of the Week. The winners were selected from nominations across the conference.

Bobby Emerson from Oswego is this week's Men's Lacrosse Athlete of the Week. Emerson led the Lakers to two victories on the week, racking up seven points. First, in Oswego's commanding 18-6 win over Canton, he notched three points on two goals and an assist. The junior followed up with a game-high four goals, which also tied his season-high, in an 11-8 victory over conference foe Oneonta. Emerson contributed four ground balls in the Laker wins as well.

Donald Tesoriero from Plattsburgh is this week's Men's Lacrosse Goalie of the Week. Tesoriero made 13 saves against just four goals allowed in a 7-4 Senior Day win over Brockport on Saturday. His fourth quarter performance helped the Cardinals emerge with the win, as he turned aside five shots in the final 15 minutes of play and held Brockport scoreless in the period. For the season, he owns a .576 save percentage and a 9.04 goals-against average.
