Geneseo Claims 2024 SUNYAC Men's Lacrosse Title

GENESEO, N.Y. - Geneseo defeated Potsdam, 20-10, to win its second-straight and fifth overall SUNYAC Men's Lacrosse Championship Title, Saturday at Geneseo's College Stadium. With the win, the Knights earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Tournament.

Geneseo's Robert Boneillo was named the 2024 SUNYAC Men's Lacrosse MVP after scoring six goals and addting four assits to help his team capture the championship crown.

Elite 20

The SUNYAC Elite 20, an award modeled after the NCAA ELITE 90 program, recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the conference championship level in his or her sport, while also achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers. The 2024 Men's Lacrosse Elite 20 honoree is Geneseo's Sean Elliot. Elliot is a junior marketing major maintaining a 4.00 GPA.
