Hoff and Trabold picked as this week's SUNYAC Men's Soccer Athletes of the Week

CORTLAND, NY - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has tabbed Oneonta's Kevin Hoff as this week's Men's Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Week, and Fredonia's Dave Trabold as this week's Offensive Athlete of the Week.

Trabold scored the game-winning goal in Saturday's match up against Houghton College, leading the Blue Devils to a 2-1 victory. He also scored a goal in Fredonia's Friday night 5-0 victory over Alfred State. Travold was named Most Valuable Plater of the Blue Devil Classic tournament, having scored one goal in each game of the young season keeping the Blue Devils' record at 4-0.

Hoff led the Oneonta Red Dragons to its fourth straight Mayor's Cup Tournament title this past weekend, securing wins against annual NCAA tournament participants St. Lawrence (3-0) and Rensselaer (2-1). The two wins helped keep Oneonta's record untarnished at 4-0. His play earned him the Defensive Most Valuable Player award for the two-day event.
