CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected the top men's swimmer and diver of the week. The winners were selected from top nominations made by conference members.

Sophomore Daniel Rodriguez from Oswego is this week's swimmer of the week. He led the Lakers to a 152-94 win over Potsdam on Saturday, helping Oswego capture a perfect 10-0 season. Rodriguez took part in four event wins as he won the 1000 yard freestyle (9:57.13), the 500 yard freestyle (4:52.80), the 400 yard IM (4:27.57) and anchored the 400 yard freestyle relay team (3:18.90). In all of his individual events he beat his competitors by over 20 seconds, and in the 1000 yard freestyle he swam over a minute faster than the next-best finisher.
