Cortland's Storm Malone was selected as the Track Athlete of the Week. The junior from Harrison, NY, had a great start to the season, finishing second out of 20 competitors in the 110-meter hurdles at the Widener University Danny Curran Invitational with a time of 15.02 seconds. His performance is an All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) qualifier and ranks 19th nationally in Division III, as of late Saturday night. Malone also placed sixth in the 200-meter dash in 22.96 seconds.
