CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) selected Geneseo's Sean McAneny as this week's Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
McAneny finished second out of 308 runners to lead Geneseo to first place out of 23 teams at the 38th-Annual Mike Woods Invitational, Saturday, at Letchworth State Park. McAneny covered the 8k course in a time of 25:15.3, less than two seconds behind the winner (from Laurentian, Ontario) as Geneseo placed five runners in the top-11.
