CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has named Cortland's Cabel McCandless (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) this week's PrestoSports Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
McCandless finished first out of 326 runners in the White Division of Lehigh University's Paul Short Run. He covered the 8k course in 25 minutes, 28.7 seconds. His performance helped Cortland finish second out of 40 schools in the final team standings.
