SYRACUSE, NY – Geneseo rookie Peter Fulgieri has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Fulgieri ran to a first-place finish in his intercollegiate debut leading the Knights to a first-place team finish at the Terry Rodenbeck Invitational hosted by St. John Fisher on Friday, Sept. 2. Fulgieri traversed the 6k course in a time of 19:24.7 to take first place overall.
