She twirled a five-hit shutout against Fredonia, earning a 7-0 victory for Geneseo. Against Oswego, Kersch allowed three unearned runs, giving up four hits to help the Knights to a 5-3 win. At Cortland on Sunday, Kersch limited the Red dragons to three runs, striking out six batters in a 4-3 win. The sophomore pitcher is now 8-1 on the year with a 1.03 ERA.
