CORTLAND, N.Y.- The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected the winner for Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week. This week's winner was chosen out of nominations from across the conference.

This week's winner is the junior from Fredonia Jenna Einink (Westfield, N.Y ). Einink had games of 19 and 18 points in the first SUNYAC weekend of the new year. She was key in Fredonia's to two home wins over Potsdam and Plattsburgh. She also grabbed 12 rebounds vs. Potsdam, resulting in her first double-double of the season. At 15.5 points per game, she is currently second in the SUNYAC in scoring average.
