CORTLAND, N.Y. - This week's State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Q&A is with the PrestoSports Women's Basketball Player of the Week, Dyamon Hunter (Bronx, N.Y.) of Potsdam.

Hunter averaged 26.5 points-per-game on .489 shooting as she helped the Bears to the Championship game of the SUNY Canton Tournament. In Potsdam's season-opening 77-62 win against Cazenovia on Friday, she recorded 19 points and five steals. Hunter then scored a career-high 34 points in the title matchup against Coast Guard on Saturday and also totaled seven rebounds and five assists. She was named to the All-Tournament team.

My bestie Devyn and Kyrie Irving. Devyn knows what to do in tough situations and Kyrie because he's my favorite player

8-What are some things you do to prepare for a game mentally?

Watch film of the opponents

9-Do you have a motto you live by or say to yourself on occasion?

"Don't be a bum!"

10-If you could pick one person in the entire world to be a spectator at all of your games who would it be and why?

My grandmother because she never got the chance to see me play
