Simon was the catalyst for the Hawks in their two wins against Plattsburgh State and Potsdam this past weekend, as she played and started in both games. She put up a game-high 20 points in 38 minutes and snagged 12 rebounds in a come-from-behind win against the Cardinals, scoring more than a third of her team's points in the 56-50 win. She then netted 20 more points in just 19 minutes in a blow-out 44-point win against the Bears, to average 20 points per game. The junior guard scored 17 of her 20 in the first half in just 16 minutes, and went 4 for 7 at the arc for the Hawks.
