CORTLAND, N.Y. - This week the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Women's Soccer Senior Spotlight is on Fredonia's Lauren Cullinan
Hailing from Clarence, N.Y., Cullinan is a three-time All-SUNYAC honoree. She has excelled both on the pitch and in the classroom. She was named 2019 first team All-Conference and United Soccer Coaches All-East Region second team while leading the Blue Devils in minutes played as a combination midfielder and defender. Cullinan's pick as an All-Region was the first in five years for a Fredonia women's soccer player. Her classroom work as a double major -- Biology and Psychology -- earned her two 2019 academic awards: CoSIDA Academic New York District and Second Team United Soccer Coaches New York Region. A campus leader, she is president of the Fredonia Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
