CORTLAND, N.Y.- The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected the winners for weekly women's swimming and diving awards. Selections were made based on nominations from across the conference.  

Cortland's Alana Szewczyk has been selected as Swimmer of the Week. The sophomore turned in an outstanding performance in a dual meet against Hartwick. The South Wales native led the Red Dragons to a 181-108 victory with first-place finishes in the 100-yard (1:10.92) and 200-yard (2:37.16) breastsroke. Szewczyk also added a leg in Cortland's victorious 200-yard medley relay.

Jacqueline Lang, also a Cortland Red Dragon, has been named Diver of the Week. The senior was able to pick up wins in both diving events against Hartwick. She scored a 180.60 from the 1-meter board and 184.00 from the 3-meter.
