Glowaki Named First Full Time Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at Oswego

OSWEGO, N.Y. – Oswego State Athletics Assistant Vice President/Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Wendy McManus has named Tyler Glowaki as the first full-time Head Coach for Women's and Men's Tennis in program history. 

"We are elated to welcome Tyler to Oswego." said McManus "Tyler brings a passion for the sport and tennis community ties within Central New York and beyond that will help us with recruiting."

Most recently, Glowaki had a stint with Allegheny College as the Assistant Women's and Men's Tennis coach. In the role, Glowaki handled recruiting, transportation, practices and conditioning. 

Glowaki competed for Southeastern University which is a notable top-15 team in the country and is currently the #1 Ranked Player in Central New York. 

"I'm very excited to bring my passion and commitment to the development of our student-athletes both on the court and in the classroom to Oswego. " said Glowaki "I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the program to the next level."   

Prior to Allegheny, Tyler Glowaki held positions at Drumlins Tennis Club as a Tennis Professional, Christian Brothers Academy as a Volunteer Assistant Coach, Nike Tennis as a Coach/ Counselor and earned his Sport Management Degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL in December of 2021.
