CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has named Fredonia's Kailey Falk (York, N.Y.) as this week's Volleyball Athlete of the Week.
Falk tallied 43 kills on a .234 hitting percentage and 39 digs as the Blue Devils swept SUNYAC Pool Play at Oneonta, going 3-0 against Geneseo, Plattsburgh and New Paltz. She had two double-doubles over the weekend, 14 kills and 18 digs versus Geneseo and 16 kills with 13 digs against New Paltz. Falk has been a machine lately, recording nine straight matches with double-digit kills and has also recorded double-digit kills in all nine of Fredonia's conference matches this season.
