Cergol and Fellone picked as SUNYAC Women's Volleyball Athletes of the Week

CORTLAND, N.Y.- The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected the Women's Volleyball Offensive and Defensive Athletes of the Week. The conference has chosen Geneseo junior, Grace Cergol, as the Offensive Athlete of the Week. New Paltz junior, Nicole Fellone, has been awarded the Defensive Athlete of the Week.

Cergol helped lead the Knights to a 4-0 record during the week, losing only one game during the four matches. She totaled 52 kills and 4.33 kills per set, she attacked successfully at a .427 clip, and totaled 33 digs. 

Fellone led New Paltz in digs for the week with a total of 68 digs and an average of 4.25 per set. Including having 26 digs in the 3-2 win against Maryville (Tenn.). She was also able to contribute 10 assists on the week.
