CORTLAND, NY - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Oneonta's Jessica Fowler as this week's Volleyball athlete of the week.

In a 4-0 weekend, the Oneonta Red Dragons gave up only two sets out of fourteen, defeating Elmira, Bard, Baruch, and Hartwick as they hosted the Dig Pink Invitational.  Sophomore setter Jessica Fowler set the SUNY Oneonta single match assist record with 59.  In addition to this record, she also exceeded 1000 assists for the season, which is only the fourth time in program history 1000 sets has been exceeded in a single season for the Red Dragons.

The Red Dragons will travel to face the Hawks of New Paltz this Tuesday, October 31st in a SUNYAC Quartfinal contest.
