McLaughlin helped the Knights to a 3-0 record in the CWRU Invitational hosted by Case Western Reserve this weekend. Against Thiel, McLaughlin recorded eight kills on 15 swings with no errors for a .533 attack percentage and added four digs and two blocks. She added five kills in a 3-0 sweep of Washington & Jefferson and then posted a team best 16 kills on just 28 swings (.464) to lead the Knights to a 3-2 win over the host Spartans. McLaughlin averaged 2.64 kills per set and hit a .375 clip to lead the Knights.
