CORTLAND, N.Y. – The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) selects Oswego's Emily Gustafson (Clarkston, Mich.) as its first PrestoSports Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the 2019 season.
At the Fredonia Invitational on Saturday, Gustafson took first, finishing one minute ahead of the closest runner. With a time of 15:49.00, the sophomore broke the course's previous record by 20 seconds and was just off her personal best 4K time by 11 seconds.
