SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Geneso's Kathleen McCarey as it's PrestoSports Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
McCarey jumped out to a quick start and led throughout the race to earn a first-place individual and led the Knights to a team win at the Mike Woods Invitational on Saturday afternoon at the National Warplane Museum. McCarey traversed the 6k course in 21:43.0, a 15-second gap from the field, to take first in the event.
