The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Julia Hoyt from Geneseo as the Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week ending September 3.

Hoyt finished first out of 66 runners to lead the Knights to a second-place finish at the Cardinal Early Season Invitational, hosted by St. John Fisher, Friday. Hoyt covered the 4,000-meter course in a time of 15:21.2, besting the field by nearly 25 seconds.
