Jeremiah Sparks had 25 points and 11 rebounds, including 11 straight points for the Lakers in the key second-half run, to propel Oswego past Nazareth, 77-73, on Tuesday night in non-conference action. The win keeps Oswego unbeaten at 4-0 on the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lakers got off to a strong start with a 9-3 run to open the game.
- Nazareth countered with a 14-1 run to open up a seven-point lead.
- Behind six points from Julien Crittendon, Oswego would close to 34-30 to end the half.
- Five minutes into the second half, the Lakers retook the lead at 43-42 on a pair of free throws by Crittendon and five points from Sparks.
- It was all a part of a 20-11 run to open the second half that put Oswego up 50-45 with 11 minutes remaining in the contest.
- Naz made one last attempt at controlling the game, an 8-3 run to re-tie the contest at 53-53 with nine minutes left.
- Sparks then went on his tear, scoring the next 11 points to put Oswego up by nine with 5:06 on the clock.
- Oswego was able to convert 11 free throws coming down the stretch, including nine from Liam Sanborn, to thwart any Golden Eagle comeback.
- Sanborn (18 points) and senior Brandan Gartland (14 points) joined Sparks in double-figure scoring.
- Crittendon finished with nine points and eight boards while Joe Sullivan had 12 rebounds and seven points.
- The Lakers shot 44% from the field and won the battle of the glass by a 43-34 margin.
