SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—The Skidmore College men's and women's swimming and diving teams swept Potsdam to complete the weekend 2-0.

The men won 180-97, while the women posted a 174-105 victory.

Both teams capped off an impressive opening weekend, with strong performances in the lanes and the boards.

"While we are excited to open with four wins and saw many excellent early season performances, it was evident some of the work we still need to do in practice," said Skidmore coach
Jill Greenleaf. "Our team is young, but excited to continue to improve individually and as a group."

For the women,
Rachel Olson (100 Breast-1:11.52, 500 Free-5:45.72) and Lizzie Day (200 Fly -2:29.63, 100 Fly-1:04.55) were double winners.

Hannah Krall was first in the 3-meter (207.38).

Noah Fryou won the 3-meter  (133.50) and 1-meter (151.80).

Kinser Bonner  was a triple winner taking the 200 Fly (2:08.96), 200 Back (2:10.31), and 100 Fly (57.56).Â
Kyle Hughson won the 1000 Free (11:05.44), while
Miles Herman to first in the 200 Free (1:53.96) and 500 Free (5:04.98).

Also winning were
Nick Meconiates (100 Back-59.40), Josh Finkelman-Mahoney (200 Breast -2:21.96) and the 200 Free Relay of Hinkle, Mellqvist, McInnis, Meconiates (1:35.20).
