BROCKPORT, N.Y.— Brockport used a dominant first half to post a 100-81 victory over visiting Buffalo State tonight in a SUNYAC contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kay Grant (Jamaica/Thomas Jefferson) led Buffalo State with 22 points and had seven rebounds, while Jordan Christopher (Bronx/Mott Haven) finished with 18 points and 11 boards.
- Sheldon Adams (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) scored 13 points, but was just 4 of 18 from the field, while dishing out six assists.
- Aaron Davis (Beacon/Beacon) added 11 points and four assists.
- Brockport never trailed and was 8 of 11 from 3-point range in the first half to take a commanding 59-29 lead by the intermission.
- The Bengals never cut the deficit to less than 19 in the second half.
- Brockport shot 53 percent from the field for the game, compared to 38 percent by the Bengals. The Golden Eagles were 0 for 5 from 3-point range in the second half.
FOR THE FOES
- Thirteen different Brockport players scored at least two points, led by Devante Hagins who netted 15.
- Tyler Collins added 11 points and 10 assists.
