Plattsburgh State senior Stephanie Boucher set a program and facility record in the 1,000-meter run at the Pioneer Invitational hosted by Utica College Saturday. Boucher, who won the event in an ECAC qualifying time, covered the race in 2:55.55, bettering the former program mark of 2:56.70 set by Amanda Schermerhorn in 2013 and the former facility standard of 3:00.04 set by Amelia Mahoney in 2016. While there are no official NCAA Division III performance lists for the event, her time is currently the fastest in the ECAC so far this season.
