Ezra Ruggles ran well at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Boston over the weekend. He anchored Geneseo's Distance Medley Relay, which posted the third-fastest time in NCAA Division III finishing in 9:57.49. In the mile, Ruggles timed out at 4:15.12, placing him 37th overall in the nation with the top time in the conference.
