CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has named Matt Sayre (Garrison, N.Y.) of Geneseo as this week's PrestoSports Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Sayre was the top Division III finisher at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, Saturday, at Roberts Wesleyan. Covering the 8k course fifth with a time of 25:54.4, he led the Knights to a second-place finish out of 21 Division I, II, III and junior college teams in the field.
