CORTLAND, N.Y. – The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) picked Geneseo's Nick Andrews as this year's first PrestoSports Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Andrews, a freshman, finished second out of 125 runners to lead Geneseo to first place out of nine teams at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invitational, Friday. In his first collegiate race, Andrews covered the 6k course in 19:53.0, less than 11 seconds behind the top finisher.
