Vachon finished second in the high jump, behind a Division I athlete, at the Cornell Big Red Invitational with an ECAC-qualifying height of 2.10 meters (6' 10.75"). He is now tied for fourth nationally in the latest NCAA Division III rankings. Earlier in the week, he cleared 2.00 meters (6' 6.75") to win the high jump at the Ithaca College Tuesday Quad Meet.
