SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The 2023 SUNYAC women's volleyball championship bracket is set with undefeated Cortland (9-0) and New Paltz (8-1) finishing the regualar season No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. The Red Dragons and the Hawks earned a bye into the semifinals as the top two seeds. Cortland will host the final four, November 10-11.
The third-seeded Geneseo (7-2) will host No. 6 Plattsburgh (3-6) and No. 4 Brockport (6-3) will host fifth-seeded Buffalo State (5-4) on Tuesday, November 7 at 6 p.m. in first round action.
The winner of the Buffalo State/Brockport match will take on top-seeded Cortland, Friday, November 10 at 4 p.m. in the semifinals. Following that match at 7 p.m., New Paltz will face the winner of the Plattsburgh/Geneseo game.
The SUNYAC women's volleyball championship match is set for Saturday, November 11 at at 4 p.m. at Cortland. The Cortland Red Dragons won the 2022 championship to capture their 21st overall conference crown, which leads the league.
