Pav, Bollinger, and McCumiskey Earn USILA Honorable Mention All-American Honors

GENESEO, N.Y. - The U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Assocation (USILA) announced the Division III men's lacrosse All-Americans on Wednesday, May 24. The SUNY Geneseo men's lacrosse team earned three All-American honors for the first time since the 2010 season with Mark PavTrevor Bollinger, and William McCumiskey being named Honorable Mention All-Americans.

Pav, the SUNYAC Tournament MVP and SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Year, tallied 216 saves this season and holding opponenets to 8.46 goals per game. In SUNYAC contests, he only allowed 5.82 goals per game and posted a save percentage of 68.8. Pav is now a three-time Honorable Mention All-American, and has recorded 537 career saves, good enough for fifth all-time.

Bollinger was a key piece to the strong defensive unit, posting a team-high 35 caused turnovers. He also tallied 60 ground balls, good enough for the most of any defensive player on the team and second most overall. Bollinger was also named a First-Team All-SUNYAC selection and an All-Tournament Team member.

McCumiskey was a strong piece to the Knights midfield, tallying 49 points this season on 36 goals and 13 assists. McCumiskey turned it on for Geneseo in the postseason, picking up four key goals in the SUNYAC championship game, and then a season-best eight points in the NCAA tournament against Tufts with six goals and two assists. McCumiskey was named to the First-Team All-SUNYAC and All-Tournament Team.
