Davey and Williams earn women's swimming and diving weekly honors

CORTLAND N.Y. - Cortland junior Kelly Davey (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) has been selected as the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Women's Swimmer of the Week and Cortland freshman Taylor Williams (Middletown, N.Y.) as the Diver of the Week. The honor is for competition the week of Jan. 28 - Feb. 3.

Davey won three individual events during Cortland's 180-108 home dual win over Oneonta Saturday. She took top honors in the 50-yard freestyle (24.74), 100-yard freestyle (54.96) and 200-yard freestyle (1:57.84).

Williams was the top performer on both boards during Cortland's 180-108 home dual win versus Oneonta Saturday. She posted winning scores of 249.68 points on the 3-meter board and 245.84 points on the 1-meter board.
