2018-19 Division III Learfield IMG College Directors’ Cup

CLEVELAND  The final 2018-19 Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup has been announced and eight State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) institutions are represented on the list of 338 Division III members. Williams College captured it 22nd Division III Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup with 1117.00 total points led by 12 top-10 finishes including two national championships while NESCAC finished as the top Division III conference with four institutions in the top-10 finishes.

Geneseo finished 20th overall while Cortland was 57th and New Paltz 63rd. Brockport (75), Oswego (128), Oneonta (129), Plattsburgh (153) and Buffalo State (274) were also on the list. 

Overall in Division III, you must count the following four sports – men's basketball and soccer, women's basketball and soccer – along with the next highest 14 (max.) sports scored for each institution, regardless of gender. The Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.

The recent name change to the Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup following the merger between Learfield and IMG College.

The NCAA Division III Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup standings will return in the fall of 2019.
