LA CROSSE WISCONSIN - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) was represented with a national championship and multiple All-American finishes (top 8) at the 2018 NCAA Division III National Championship, June 24-26 hosted by The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Brockport's Victoire Kothor picked up her second national championship title on Friday, cruising to victory with a more than one-meter cushion in the shot put competition, throwing 15.88 meters to grab the crown of 2018 Division III Outdoor Shot Put Champion. The title marks the second of the year for Kothor, as she also earned the indoor title earlier in 2018. Kothor crushed the competition, with the next closest thrower a full meter behind.
