Coyle Selected Player of the Week

Cortland Senior Ashley Coyle has been named the SUNYAC Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 6. Coyle led Cortland to its second straight SUNYAC title and its 18th overall with straight set wins over Oneonta in the semifinals and New Paltz in the championship match. Tournament MVP, Coyle, led the Red Dragons in each match with 13 kills and 10 digs against Oneonta and 20 kills and 15 digs verse the Hawks. Cortland upped its record to 39-1 and earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Div. III playoffs. The Red Dragons will be making their 23rd NCAA tournament showing.
